Brain Health Education Series: Adaptive Yoga

The Utah-Southern Idaho Chapter is happy to partner with the University of Utah Imaging and Neurosciences Center to bring you monthly educational programs on topics relevant to those with a chronic neurological illness.

This month, we will hold an adaptive yoga class.  The class will be led by certified adaptive yoga instructors. Join us and try out yoga!

Dress comfortably.  This class is for all levels and abilities.

Light snacks will be provided.
